BLOWI is an access membership.

Memberships provide access to priority booking, concierge matching, and our network of partner salons.
Blowouts are not included in the membership fee and are paid directly to the salon unless otherwise noted.

Membership Includes

Priority access to blowout appointments

Concierge matching — we find an available salon and time for you

Access to all participating partner salons in your area

Unlimited appointment requests

Exclusive member rates coming soon

Ability to cancel anytime

Billing

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.

Once billed, membership fees are non-refundable.

If a payment fails, your access may be paused until resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime, effective at the next billing cycle.

If you cancel after your billing date, you retain access for the remainder of the month.

Use of Membership

Membership is non-transferable.

Members may not resell, transfer, or share booking access with others.

BLOWI may revoke membership for repeated policy violations, harassment of salon staff, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

⭐️ BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY

BLOWI operates as a concierge booking service.

How It Works

Members submit preferred dates/times.

BLOWI matches you with available partner salons.

You confirm the final appointment.

The blowout is performed by the salon.

Important Notes

Appointment availability varies based on salon schedules, holidays, and overall demand.

Same-day or peak-time bookings are not guaranteed, though we do our best to accommodate your request.

Members agree to follow each partner salon’s individual policies.

Payment for Blowouts

Members pay the salon directly for their blowout.

BLOWI does not collect payment for salon services.

⭐️ CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

To protect salon time and maintain fair access for all members:

Cancellations

Cancel 3+ hours before your appointment → no penalty.

Cancel less than 3 hours before your appointment → appointment forfeited and a $10 charge may be applied.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when:

You do not arrive, or

You arrive 10+ minutes late without notice.

No-shows result in appointment forfeiture and may impact your future booking priority.

Repeated Violations

BLOWI may pause or restrict access for members with consistent late cancellations or no-shows.

BLOWI is an access and booking platform.
We do not provide or perform blowouts.

Please Note

All services are performed by independent, licensed salons or stylists.

BLOWI is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or results of any service.

Any service-related concerns must be addressed directly with the salon.

Liability

By using BLOWI, you acknowledge that BLOWI is not liable for:

Injuries

Allergic reactions

Heat or chemical damage

Dissatisfaction with results

Service disputes between you and a salon

Members agree to follow each salon’s service, safety, and hygiene standards.

Billing Terms

Membership fees renew monthly via automatic billing.

Fees are non-refundable once processed.

If payment fails, membership access may be paused until resolved.

Price Changes

BLOWI may update membership pricing with advance notice.

If you are a Founding Member, your introductory rate will remain locked as long as your membership stays active.

Follow booking, cancellation, and no-show policies

Share data with third parties except partner salons for booking purposes

Updates or corrections
